He is well published, and has been a key note speaker at global conferences. A former YPO & WPO Chair, he is the author of ″Unlocking Human Capital to Drive Performance: A CEO Handbook″ published by McGraw Hill. His latest title ″Execution Excellence | Making Strategy Work using the Balanced Scorecard″, was globally released by J.Wiley and is a bestseller in its genre. Sanjiv also chairs the NYU Stern India Alumni Group, having attended the NYU Stern School of Business for his MBA. He has also done an AMP from the Harvard Business School.
